Thanks for your input regarding this matter. This was something that had stuck to my mind since I first learned of it. It seems some things tend to get at least a tad bit exaggerated, though this was not what I hoped would ultimately be the case.

In Japan, it depends on what kind of modification you are applying to the console or software.
If you mod them only for personal use with your own responsibility, It's not really illegal and you won't get sued or anything.
Distributing or Selling that modded console / software would instantly be illegal and you possibly risk a lawsuit.

This was entertaining, I would be happy to hear the second segment of this.

Also, I have heard of RWBY but I haven't watched it. In the audio, I said that I wasn't sure if anyone had watched Rooster Teeth aside from that one show, which I guess at this point would be RWBY but in the past it would have been Red vs. Blue.

flatrute: He isn't a Touhou fan, so that's why. In my opinion, Cirno is pronounced "chee-roo-no" (Chiruno).
