Oak Technology VGA is the best graphics

Conserve bandwidth!
Download: MP4 AVI

Awful Oak Technology VGA card from 1991 with 512KB of video memory. This thing will struggle with just about any graphical mode you throw at it. Even Trident cards are better.

Regardless, it does seem to have served my grandpa well enough, as he did not end up upgrading from MS-DOS 6.21 and Windows 3.1 to Windows 95 prior to getting a new Windows 98 computer in 2000.
