Bigeye #29: Broken LCDCreated on June 17, 2020 Conserve bandwidth! Change quality: 240 480 720 Maximum This is just your ordinary Pentium II laptop, except for the fact that it has a broken screen. Quite a disappointment, but it's still possible to play Quake on it! In fact, for a screen in this state, Quake is more suitable than Windows itself. You'd know just by using something like this. It also runs Windows ME, which is often blasted for not having a proper MS-DOS mode (and other arbitrary reasons), but otherwise, you can still run your DOS programs in it just fine. Windows ME actually has a number of significant advantages over Windows 98 despite its intentionally crippled VxD support. If only it had real mode DOS support, I would probably be using it a lot more often. Music used: Hector/dMk - Lost in the Dark CommentsNo comments for this page. Leave a Comment |
